[Archived - RavenGasm] Hello, is anyone else having an issue with constantly timing out of Studio, I have to keep logging back on every 30 minutes or so, also, my textures in Studio are so much nicer, once I get them in my regular room, they have a differ : Community Center

Hello Drosselmeyer..regarding your question, my issue started by studio timing me out every 15 to 30 minutes, eventually it did not let the studio page load, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and still it would not load. One of the times my system told me the Studio file ffmpeg.dll was not installed. so, I researched and decided to try to update all my drivers on my computer. I reinstalled Studio again for like the umteenth time, and it finally worked for me. Thank you for asking :)

@RavenGasm The DLL file ffmpeg.dll "should" have been installed with IMVU Studio. Did an anti-virus or other app block or quarantine this file? How did you find the file? We would love to know how you got into this state. Thanks!

it's in with Drivers, make sure your drivers are all updated, now remember this was my issue, make sure to contact imvu for more help, I don't want to step on their toes :)

I solved my issue, apparently not sure if it was due to the last upgrade or something on my end, but make sure your file ffmpeg.dll is installed, it was giving me this problem, I uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen times, but my studio was not loading, this helped, good luck

I have been having the same problem,i have uninstalled and installed imvu 6 or 7 times,and all different versions that it will let me do,with out telling me i have to upgrade to latest version,nothing has worked,i am still being thrown out of create ,no where else,i can go to clubs and shop with no trouble,only create,i have asked for help with this,but so far,no remendy!!

well now I cannot even get on Studio, I have uninstalled a few times reinstalled and I just get a blank screen with buffering, it was working fine up until the last update, so I am clueless at what to do now.

Hi @RavenGasm, Are you still experiencing the issue with getting logged out of Studio?

Can you post a screenshot example of the color differences? And maybe how you have the materials set up for one in particular that looks different?
