it's the second of the month and tiers have not yet updated am I the only one having this issue?

Hey dear @xAidenSteelx i was curious so I asked in chat and customer service actually let me know it should take place on the first of the month… however if the weekend is in the way it could shift over to the first available working day hence the delay.
