There have been some VIP Creators who have this issue and talked to me about it. It seems some peoplere register their VIP and their Catalogs become public within hours or a couple of days. Other complain their Catalog product remain Hidden and have to manually open each product, page-by-page (Green Dot Click).
Reporting the long delay or "Hidden Bug" to staff in Live Chat or Help Case only gets a response of be patient for some hours or days. Explaining to Staff the delay has been Weeks, gets the same response.
If someone is paying for VIP shouldn't their catalog re-open in a timely manner?
Can someone please look into this issue and help?
I know the person who can help but I refrain to ask @RigsK to please look into this. She wears many hats and works so hard for all of us as our beloved Creator Advocate. Help please....

I can understand you, even because I was created on IMVU for more than 12 years and I was never recognized by it, and today I don't have the conditions to keep the VIP and the advertisements, and when I manage to put a VIP for a long time, IMVU penalizes me by showing only half of my products. for not being an annual VIP.

Wow. That makes so much sense. Must be stressing the programs back and forth a lot when creators only buy VIP by single months, instead of annual or quarterly, etc. Maybe imvu can offer more "loud" incentives for creators to invest ahead for annual memberships? Would be a nice way to thank them for putting less stress on the program, as well as encourage creators who want to work towards making a stable income understand that long term is needed to build that public spotlight. Most creators leave after a short period because they didn't realise that it takes a while for the community to acknowledge them and share. Items staying hidden is really not helping.
Would be nice to set a difference between hobbyist and business creators. Hobbyists don't need as much features and support as business types of creators because they're not trying to build a reliable income schedule and pay real life bills, feed families, etc. So it does bother me that a lot of these resources are wasted on creators who don't appreciate them, and not enough are available for the ones who actually do need them and end up abandoning the site because it's unreasonable and they weren't prepared.
If I set up a coffee shop IRL because I love it, used my own money to cover all the expenses and costs, set up my location in a busy area, but give all my coffee away for free because I don't actually need the extra income and doing it as just a fun hobby. Obviously I'm going to run all the other coffee shops out of business around me because they can't offer their products for free since they're doing it as an income/career. It's not so bad to do IRL because most people are happy to pay if it means they don't have to travel out of their convenience for the cheaper or free versions. Unfortunately, online makes searching more convenient. So if someone puts 300 hours of work and effort into making something with amazing quality and tries to sell it for what their time is worth and provide a steady income for it... how is that fair to set up their "shop" right next to someone who's offering it for free? This is why most talented creators leave imvu. I understand these 200 staff members working are earning the kind of salaries that satisfy them, but... what about the creators that help them earn that? I'm trying my best to bring in more customers, but I feel like there are things undoing all my efforts, and most people keep on telling me to give up on imvu and let it just die out. I can't tell if that's just the competition trying to suffocate the site out, but even when I help some really talented devs here reach a lot of sales and Tier 10, they get so spiteful and jealous of me, that they would rather sacrifice their shop to drop back down to zero instead of helping me back and continue. They just want to receive and give nothing back. Or worse, when I see a top creator teach another everything they know, instead of helping them back as thanks, they get competitive and try to take over their business even if it means theirs will gradually fall too. I don't understand this level of pettiness, and the best I could think of is because they're not making a real income out of it, it's just a "Game" to them... and currently, all video games out there involve "destroying" eachother in good fun... how about no?

My preducts stayed 1 month without showing up, but today it was already resolved. I understand that there will be a price to be paid for not updating the vip in the right time but not a penalty where only 10% of your store appears in the course of 1 month of lvl 10 of creator I lowered it to 5. Good thing I don't have imvu AS A SOURCE OF INCOME ONLY AS A DISTRACTION.

Hi Folks!
Thank you for your concerns. As you can imagine we have a giant database that affects everything in the catalog, so when your VIP lapses, and is then reinstated, it takes time for the products to reappear in the IMVU catalog for everyone. This is one of the reasons why we encourage you to not let your VIP lapse.

I couldn't put the VIP on the day and my store is 2,385 today has zero products displayed, if IMVU became a means of turnover of values would this be a fraud? Why hide my products to reduce sales? and pay me less at the end of each month? or am I being penalized for not being able to pay the VIP on the day? for I have my real obligations before the fun?
I'm waiting for a response from the Administrators, to find out if it's still worth having the IMVU creator as a distraction

My store only 13% of my products appear, I put the VIP 1 day after the expiration date and it already has 17 days. I have a long conversation with the support that seems to me to be an "error" BUG in the system soon my VIP expires again and if I don't put it on the day will I reset the store again having to wait to replace the products and if every month I can't put it on the day will I ever have the full store?
out of 2,383, only 299 appear for sales and I've already been back with the VIP for 17 days, more than half of 1 month
just remembering that with this, sales fall and the breeder's level drops

My general response to those who have this issue is to go to the Creator Dashboard > Projects Tab and page by page change product visibility. At the least, the catalog and sales will proceed.
This is only a workaround to get the shop(s) Open, again. My opinion is this should not be the VIP Creator's responsibility. They did not hide the products one by one. It is a Glitch of some kind when a VIP Creator temporarily looses the subscription.
Please help...

Examples of some asking me for Help...
These are Paraphrased and Not Exact Quotes.
VIP Creator:
"I don't know what to do anymore. I've already contacted support 3 times and the VIP has been there for 11 days and I don't have 10% of the products showing."
Staff Response:
"Based on the records your VIP has been revoked and you just added it a day after it's been expired. That's the reason why your all products are not yet showing. Since you just had your VIP back, your products will show up gradually, you may try giving it a few days since you have multiple items"
VIP Creator:
"Good morning, can you tell me why my store on IMVU only has 7 pages. I have more than 2,000 products and only 74 products show :( I purchased my VIP on MM-DD-YYYY today is already 10 days of waiting."
Staff Response (live chat):
"Regarding your case, when I checked the account, there's a 1 day gap when you extended your VIP this is possibly affected the showing of the products.
The products will gradually show on on the shop. I'm sorry but we do not have a manual control on it. There's no further information provided about it. "
