just so terrible the new update the files are error temp blah blah in just yesterday I can create and now lost it again why? big Y whats wrong with tech imvu is losing due to this lousy tech I have to reverse the update then this just mad this situation is like toddler ohMY when will this be fix again

Yes Lestat this was the issue before exactly 9months we have messging back and forth it was fix and out of nowhere after that update yesterday the same problem error file corrupted can u manage to go and check my catalog still have few products in review I have to reverse that damn update no word to say only the technicians are out of align they did this and the same issues few months this thing is causing creator to stop creating WOW update after update but no one can manage

Hi @HOKKI888​ Sorry you are having this issue. If using the old Create Mode, I would Uninstall and Reinstall. Before install again,

delete the %appdata% IMVU folder. If using the Studio, follow steps and troubleshooting here: https://cc.imvu.com/s/feed/0D55d0000CuVzNuCQK

 

In either case, send the error reports using the tool to help alleviate the issue.
