Hello, I don't remember seeing this problem and I am trying to determine if it is my own situation or if it is a more general problem. I am -trying- to do more peer review - I see the concerted campaign to do so. Anyway, I see that the item is provided, and then I get to choose web or classic peer review. I have never come across an imvu+ product that I know of. Are they sent through peer review the same way? And is there a way that makes sure that imvu+ products are only reviewed on the web since imvu+ specific items are invisible in classic?

Now here is my real problem. After a small amount of web peer reviews, usually 4 sometimes as much as 7, it breaks. Meaning, when I click to go to the web review, and then click to go back to vote, now there is an entirely different product on the page. I have a few times tried to vote without realizing this. Fortunately, I haven't been successful in this, and imvu tells me I need to be logged in. Which I AM!! The only way to fix this is to completely close the browser and start over. So the time that I've taken to view that particular item was wasted time. And this issue has happened always for web reviews, but never for classic reviews. I can review in classic as long as i can endure it, and have never had such problems. And so I'm using the same browser - chrome - but never have trouble with classic and always have trouble with the web peer. I've tried to change many things to see if the problem is on my end. But so far no luck in getting better results.

Yes, thank goodness the Classic Peer Review is still available for most people.

I just feel badly for those on Macs who have this issue. They are stuck!

@Lexique That is surprising, peer still fails for me. And you are right about changing platforms, sprcially since the three current platforms are not compatible, not showing the same results in charrooms.

Well, we can do peer review on classic client still, which is what I’m doing. I have to say that my sales went from dead back to some things picking up again, so that’s a positive sign in the right direction. I have a feeling that they update next, and it breaks classic, so a vicious cycle. So it must be that a most of my sales come from the classic client. Anyway switching platforms is traumatic for any company. I know they are short staffed, maybe hire some ex twitter programmers? :-D

@LestatDeLioncourt @RigsK I have emailed my screen dumps to the techs as @RigsK  requested on my post.

No response from them and also my ticket is still "Waiting for agent".

And indeed the sales are dead.

Thank you very much, @Jeff for your speedy response to this bug! Unfortunately, like @JanXuan , I also never get the web review page now - it always just hangs. So I can only do classic reviews. Perhaps this is because your team has been working on it? I thought maybe it’s because I needed to clear my history/cache on the browser(s) which I don’t really want to do, but will do so if needed. But perhaps there is another new issue? It reminds me of the time I stepped on a fat wolf spider one autumn day in Oklahoma. When I did that, suddenly I understood why she was fat - she’d been carrying hundreds of babies on her back which consequently ran in every direction, including up my leg. An experience not unlike squashing digital bugs.

I use Firefox, tested it in Google Chrome and in Microsoft Edge, all the same error.

This is what happens now when you click "View in 3D"

@LestatDeLioncourt  @Jeff I had tghat problem in Firefox but it was incidentical. Now there is a new problem even worse. I made a seperate post for that. It would be nce if the ingeneers dould handle that too. I had filed a ticket for it but after a useless answer it is "Waiting for agent" forever, and many people can now not do peer review at all.

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, everyone. Our engineers believe they found the problem and it's when a product completes peer review while someone is reviewing it in the 3D scene. We're working on a fix now to handle that error better and it will inform the user what's happened instead of blocking further review. This change should go out later today.

Thank you very much @RigsK for getting this checked out. Also Thank you @LestatDeLioncourt and @cbmvb for helping me figure this out. I agree that it seems to be an issue when a product is no longer available. Guess they'll find out!

I use Firefox (112.0.2) for peer review. I still get this glitch. But there is no specific time (e.g. after so many reviews) that it happens. It's just random for me.

If it is a situation where the item has had its last vote by someone else before I (or anyone else) clicks to leave Next and go back to vote, maybe it would be good to see a screen that says something like "This item is no longer in peer review. Proceed to review another item..." with a link to move on to the next item. Just my suggestion so we don't accidentally vote on something we didn't actually review.

Hi Folks! Thank you for the heads-up. We're sending these findings to our QA team to test.
