Hello. I have a Studio issue that I do not know how to deal with.
I derived a top yesterday. Simple project. 4 texture boxes, all needing 512x512, with no opacity maps at all. I derived my top all in one colour. A black background with a colourful print. I had no issues putting it together. The photo came out perfectly. I submitted my product. My product page looked fine. However, when I went to Dress Up to try my new top, I was shocked to see that part of my top was now solid white. The belt area.
I went back to Studio to look at all my information again. I clicked on "Edit" my top.
For starters, the photo of my top, sitting in the peer review box, had changed. It was now showing the top with the belt area in white. I opened the texture information. The #4 texture box, the belt area, had changed. My texture was gone and had been replaced with a texture map. A picture of the belt area. Box #4 was now also accompanied by a new opacity map. Picture of the belt area. I put my texture back into the texture box, but I could not figure out how to remove that new opacity map, so I was stuck there. I went back to my original "create/ submit" process files and looked those over. The 4 texture boxes, the photo, the submitting information, everything was exactly as I had put it together the first time yesterday. I re-submitted my product from that place again.
After re-submitting, the picture of my top sitting in the peer review box, changed back to how it originally was, all black with print. I hoped that meant that my actual top would change back as well, but unfortunately, it did not. It remained 3 parts black, one part solid white. I checked first thing again this morning, still no change.
Please help. Thank you.

Hello DiamondBones. I had the issue using Studio. The issue was solved by downloading the latest version of IMVU. Thank you for your post.

@IceKrystalin Wait. I'm a little confused. This "blank white" bug issue you've described is something I've been through ages ago when I first started using Studio, and it went away after staff played with Studio and updated it. Now I only see it happen when I manipulate the features for too many consecutive hours, as the system gets "tired" and needs a nap and pushes me to go touch grass.
I'm confused because I think you're saying here that this is happening to you on the Client? Do you mean the Classic Client?

Thank you for the tips. I am actually on a brand new computer, only a couple months old, so I am going to assume that everything in here is in good order right now. I am brand new to deriving clothing. I only did my first piece a week ago, on Client. Not very impressive. I decided if I was going to give this clothing thing a shot, I would download Studio. Top-Kitty Cats is only my 3rd project on there. I am pretty well flying by the seat of my pants at this point. Starting very small. Keeping things simple. In all honesty, I do not know what most of the things do and what they are used for when it comes to deriving clothing. I did not make the texture for Kitty Cats. I only saved from the net and resized, so I cannot take too much praise for that top. I want to learn how to make my own textures of course. I downloaded Gimp. I did not want to buy Photo Shop, until I know that I am able to figure all this stuff out. I shall let you know when Kitty Cats comes out of review.

I would update your PC / Notebook "Graphics Driver". I had weird anomalys displaying various graphics on HTML Pages, Games, etc... and it fixed mine. Prolly nothing to do with the blouse you made.
Please, let me know when out of PR, I want to add tom my inventory. When making Scaler Kid Products, I need cute, professionally made clothing for my models. :D Watching PR in this one :D

Good Thinking, @IceKrystalin I am glad to see you have the issue resolved...
Ps> I had a customer begging to see a new mesh I made. It was stuck in Peer Review for days. Anyone reading may want to keep the Peer Review "Try It" link if you don't have...
imvu:PeerReview?mcg=0&pid=###PID### Change the "###PID###" part to your PID :D

Lestat, I posted after clearing cache, but my post is not showing here now. I had said that clearing cache had not made a difference. Right after I cleared cache, I thought to myself, that I best go see if there were any newer updates of IMVU. I had 544.12. I went up to 544.16 and my top is fixed!! I see it all black now as it should be. I am so happy. Thank you so much Lestat for all your help. Thank you brrrrrrrr for suggesting that I add the product # and photo. I appreciate both your help very much. Thank you and have a wonderful day. :)

Hello Lestat. Thank you for the reply, and the compliment. :)
I just looked at the link you sent me, and I see exactly the same as the photo I posted above, and the top that is in my inventory. Black top, white belt area. I took a screen print, I shall attach it.
Are you saying that you see the top all black?
Yes I am in Classic. You are suggesting that I clear my IMVU cache and then look at my top?
I shall try that right now. Thank you so much for helping me.

Hi @IceKrystalin Did you look at it after clearing the IMVU Cache? I think you are in Classic from the snapshot.
Check This Link... Peer Review and the PID show the below snapshot for me :)
imvu:PeerReview?mcg=0&pid=63332211
Copy & Paste that into your Web Browser, No Cache Cleaning needed.
Here is what I see...

The product number is. Product63332211.cfl
It is still in review, so I do not know if anyone can see my product page as of yet.
If one can, they shall see that the picture of my top is all one colour.
I am adding a picture of how it looks now. How it came to me in Dress Up.
Thank you for the reply.
