I ask because Im no longer able get studio to work. this has been going on for months despite uninstalling, firewall settings etc. and I asked support just now and they implied id have to delete classic entirely and switch to next to be able to use studio. Im just not sure this sounds right...

We are working on a fix for this, but I have discovered that the solution is to just delete this folder: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\imvu-studio\Network
You will need to log back in to Studio, but your preferences should be saved.

I am using Classic and Studio. I am using Desktop and Next. I don't use mobile.
It is best to get current information here in the Creator Discussions.
There is a Summary discussion and a long on going discussion for this issue.
One of the devs in my agency had that as well, white screen with loading but never goes anywhere, took about a month of trying updates for hers to fix

thanks for confirming this. super weird. when i open studio it just stay on loading screen forever. and wont close without me force quitting it. tried all the common sense things.
