Regarding your thoughts about "Up To" - if you have any ideas about making this more clear, happy to listen. "Up to" means that you are qualified to achieve up to a certain tier level. However, you need to reach the required points to get that tier level.

@RigsK The new system is too harsh on new developers and drives them off and it's too unforgiving for experienced developers. Developers who are consistently featured have no issues with this system because they have a permanent Pro/Veteran status that never changes. The stats don't make any sense as well because it says "Good up to.." which implies a person is good for a Tier up to "...". The system is all over the place, not good.
Additionally, if you hit Pro, you should keep the status regardless because you clearly have achieved it. Pro Status isn't valuable right now because it is too volatile and too easily taken away.
