@LionHime (Customer) This is what worked for me '' Run the IMVU Studio with "Administrator Rights":

Right Click the Icon for the IMVU Studio, select Properties. Now click the Compatibility Tab. Check Mark select the Run As Administrator near the bottom of the Tab. Press Apply, then Okay. Restart the Studio with this new setting. '' Kindly suggested by @LestaDelioncourt

A friend of mine had an issue with the latest release. She changed the settings in the Studio Preferences dealing with the Video Display and found a combination that works for her. It may be worth checking.

Click on File then Preferences inside the Studio.

Change a setting one at a time. Restart the Studio and try again.

There are 3 settings to adjust Video Display at this time.

Video Preferences inside Studio If something helps, please post about it.

Having the same issue. Mine has been with the white screen of death since Saturday 5th, November. Did you find a fix for it, @LionHime ?

I deleted the folder so it currently does not even exist.

For me its not this, I have read your thread and done allll the things stated, but its still white for me. Yes I erased the two folders you said you and uninstalled and reinstalled about 20 times.

Sorry you have this issue. Usually it is a very Heavy KB item in the Documents/IMVU Studio Projects folder *or* very heavy assets in a project preventing the load... :/

Can you rename the Projects Folder to IMVU Studio Projects-OLD or something like that then try the Studio?

Staff may have some input for you too. I know @TauntaunTonic and @Drosselmeyer Are very caring individuals and give help as their time allows :)

Its still not working for me, I did every possible thing in that thread, I even went backwards and I still only have a white screen..... Please fix this Imvu...
