If you feel comfortable, Post your compute Specifications. There is a tool that you can use. It won't post any personal information.
The information given maybe helpful...
How? In the Search Bar of Windows, type in DXDIAG and Run that program.
At the Bottom, it says "Save All Information". Click that...
It will save a Report, usually on the Desktop. Find the Report.
Select the top most area of the Report and Paste it Here:
