Hello , I wonder if here is the right place to post. I am really upset over this problem that not being solved since June 2022.
IMVU sent their creators some money by mistake (June 2022). They e-mailed us about it. I didn't have a problem IMVU deducting the amount from me. Well they did deduct however they deducted more than what they should. The case I filed has not been resolved yet & when they answered it was "Thank you for your patience as we look into this matter for you" and its been 6 weeks since I got that answer. I feel it's being neglected. Am hoping an IMVU staff reads this and take an action. Case #04715058 & Case #04755796 . Note: I filed the first case in June (22nd) and when it was ignored I filed the second and now its being ignored as well.

Hi @CowBoyDeveloper Ouch! I am sorry you have this issue :/ I do know you can contact a Moderator of your choice and they can contact Staff directly on your behalf about the Help Case issues. They can "Bump" your Help case for staff review. I do know many times I have done this and gotten answers.
Pick one of your choice. I don't like pointing directly to Moderators as they are very busy and doing things in their real lives, etc BUT I know @MuseOfChaos , @Dee and @DarkAngel5 are very active and most wiling to help.
