HI, having trouble with Imvu Studio. Since I updated to the new version, It has only worked once. Now it wont even load into the sight. The screen stays grey trying to load. I took the application off and reloaded, but same issue. Classic Client and Imvu Desktop works, just not Studio. Need Help.

Thank you very much, this helped alot. I ended up deleting everything that was there from all previous Imvu Studio and other various junk. Found the computer is doing better performance with the imvu studio and imvu desktop and classic.

Hi @XxChastityxX I have seen this before., What fixes this is to uninstall the IMVU Studio then clean out the AppData folder before reinstalling.

To do this open your Windows Explorer type in the folder location exactly this... %appdata%/IMVU-Studio Delete the contents of this folder.

Now download a fresh copy of the IMVU Studio and reinstall. Download Here: https://create.imvu.com/imvu-studio-beta/

Of course you will need to login to the Studio with your credentials. Also, you may want to double check your Preferences. Click File and then

Preferences to check.

Some find this procedure helpful with other issues too and do this every time there is an update. That is a personal choice.
