i've waited 5 days for my payment request, it's still listed as 'unassigned'
I've sent a help ticket (with no response)
I've asked mods to bump staff (with no response)

this is CASH!...this isnt peer review or something that can wait...this is someones pay packet!..and youre absolutely right caleb, there HAS to be much more attention to detail with peoples payment requests!

due to IMVU manually processing all payments, the only time they get processed are Monday-Friday, and the cut off seems to be around 2:30 PM PST for the day, after that you can expect 1 extra day for the payout to come to you. Normally it takes about 3-4 business days for payments to process, until they take vacation days, then you can expect to be waiting as long as two weeks (yes, its happened).
This is partially why their manual pay system fails.

Still waiting on mine as well, July 5th. 2 days vacation and IMVU's workflow goes all to hell. I've been saying sense the beginning that they really should have some sort of auto processing system setup for this rather then manually processing them, seems whenever they take a vacation this happens, reguardless if you do a request before, during or after the vacation days.

months like july pose a real tricky problem for me (and others who have to work around a 5 working day processing delay)
with FRIDAY the 1st of july creating a dilemma..do you put in your payment request NOW with an instant pause coming with the weekend or do you WAIT til MONDAY to start a fresh new working week??
well i went for the latter and apparently that REALLY baffles imvu staff as they just went the ENTIRE WEEK without noticing my request, got to the NEXT weekend and scampered off for fun and frolics with NO REGARD to those who are missing out on their payments!
at minimum its CALLOUS and at maximum its TOTALLY INEPT!
THIS IS NOT RIGHT!

can i just add a note to this (seeing as nobodies even LOOKING at my post, let alone addressing the issue)...is there absolutely NO ONE at imvu at the weekends to deal with issues such as missing payout requests??..and if so, WHY?
this isnt just poket money i'm missing here, its the difference between paying bills or NOT!!
if I screw up with ANYTHING here at imvu, i'll be held accountable!!...facing multiple choices of punishment, but if imvu simply walks on by and forgets your request, it means nothing!!
no responsibility or accountability at all!
