I have noticed this issue the past few months. Most items will submit to peer review successfully. Then, there are items that are submitted but according to IMVU "This product has not gone through peer review". It is within an orange banner. Is anyone else having this issue? Attached you will see an example.

Hi everyone, This issue has been fixed. The product bar thta said, "This product has not gone through peer review" is no longer an issue.

When IMVU gets overloaded with Peer review, they automatically skip peer review on some products. The product is automatically published in the catalog and visible for sale. You do NOT need to edit the product and resubmit.

Most have found this issue resolved by editing the product again (inside Create Mode or Studio) and then uploading again. If your product still has issue over 3 days (with no editing), I would discuss it with IMVU Staff in a Help Case.
