Hi! So I don't know if this is a bug issue or what, I'm assuming that it is, but I've been trying to create poses for a minute now and when I do..I cannot upload my xsf file, xmf file or xaf file. I'm not getting an error message, but when I do try uploading, it gives me the option to apply changes, save, but the file does not show up at all. I have tried clearing the cache on imvu classic client multiple times, uninstalling and installing different versions (543.0 & 543.2) nothing has helped. I did try creating in studio however and had no issue..but that's not something I'd prefer to use because it's missing certain options that the client has that I need. So if you have any recommendations or solutions to fix this please help. Thank you

IKR, lol I think it took me a month to find out how to do most things in Studio that I could easily do in Classic CM. I am one who doesn't like change but I considered it a necessary learning curve. Yes, everything works perfectly fine in Studio, it's just classic create mode that isn't taking the files. I'm still learning how to go about adding props and moving them in studio. That's the only problem I have with studio

Hi @MissChey I tested the Sticker this morning. It is working for me :/ If the Studio is working with your files, the old Classic Create Mode should also work fine. There isn't anything wrong with your files. There is no reason if your files work in the Studio.
I really cannot suggest anything else to try in Create Mode. I have pretty much stopped working in CM and learning, using the Studio. My thoughts are the more I get used to and learn about Studio the better. CM will eventually go away. I did try the CM again this morning with an pose file, it still works for me.
Do the same files still work in Studio?

So is it possible that it could be the program I'm using? Is it possible the deliverance sticker files no longer work with the client?

I tested some Cal3d Files this morning with .xaf and all seem to work fine for me in both Classic Create Mode and IMVU Studio. It may be helpful to alleviate different things to find the cause.
Try these, (no particular order And If you can):
Run DiskCheck on your computer and The Defragment or Trim the hard disk
Login to a new Local User Administrator Account on your computer
Login to IMVU with an Alt Creator Avatar
Turn off the Firewall on the Computer (temporarily)
Turn off the AntiVirus (temporarily)
Take your assets to another computer and try to load them there
I seems something should make a change. Sorry you are having this. Trying to help...

Hi @MissChey I am wondering if it could be an issue with the Permissions for the IMVU Classic Create Mode. After doing a clean uninstall (remove files and folders) and with the newest update for Classic, Try Right Clicking the IMVU Classic Icon and "Run as Administrator." Also, for a test, you may temporarily disable your Antivirus, etc. Something in interfering with the ability for IMVU Create Mode to open folders. I would wonder if you also have issue doing a "Save As". from CM.
If the run As Administrator fixes the issue, you can edit the properties for the Icon . Right Click Properties ...
