As far as I am aware, it is required to give an option to unsubscribe from reminders/marketing emails. At least it is in Europe. And we have a whole list of options in Imvu classic account settings, but this new peer review reminder email is just not added in that list. I have received 3 of these emails since imvu started sending them and don’t have a way to stop them… all my email options are checked. Does anyone know how to opt out of these? I didn’t subscribe to this at all and I am opted out of all emails except inbox messages, because spam makes me sad

I would like to know how creators can opt out of these reminders via email? The thing is Imvu already reminds us in the blue bar, via private IMVU inbox message... etc.
I, personally, don't mind any in-app or on-site reminders. Those are totally fine by me and they actively remind me to do peer when I am using IMVU.
Email messages are pretty pointless for this, because we may not even be on IMVU or anywhere near create mode when we see (and consequently delete) these emails.
May I maybe suggest a pop-up when a creator closes create-mode that can gentle remind them to do peer review? That just seems a lot more likely to work.

Thank you for the note. These notifications are being shown to Creators who have submitted a product but not participated in Peer Review in the last week. The frequency is limited to one per day :)
Also it should be noted that the unsubscribe button on the actual email gives a similar link… but it’s for unsubscribing to all imvu emails? Yikes. Shouldn’t it be targeted to only unsubscribe from peer reminders? What if a creator want to keep getting messages from customers?

I am already unsubscribed to all marketing and offers… I don’t get those in my email.
To be clear the only emails I am opted into are User Inbox Messages. All the rest of my options are unchecked (except those that are mandatory such as infringement notices etc)
Peer review reminders don’t really fall clearly in any of the options that appear to unsubscribe from.
