[Archived - BonnieBrooke] when I upload the box to publish my product, I ccan fill in all details, but for some reason, when I click on the ratings box, it wont allow me to click either ga or ap. if i cant rate my product it wont allow to be published
Can you share link that product you derived from?

Okay @BonnieBrooke Are you creating in the Studio or in the Classic Create Mode?

The product I derived from was GA....I made mine GA. When the upload box came up for details of your product to publish, all fields could be clicked on except rating box. I clicked but I could not even click on the GA tab. So of course if the rating box is left undone, I couldn't publish.

If the Product is rated AP by the person you are deriving from (parent product), you cannot change the rating.The rating will remain AP. If you double check the item against the Virtual Goods Policy and find it to be okay for the GA audience, you may ask Staff in a Help Case to check and rate it GA. They may change the rating as a favor.
