hello
what is the best way to make skin texture I wanna make my own tattoos for my avi but Im trying to place it on the skin for it to be on the body with the skin not just a tattoo stand alone

IMVU provides skin textures on the product pages of their skin products, for example this one - https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=30463557
You can edit the texture and add your tattoo designs to it. Then derive from an IMVU skin and add your texture in Create Mode/Studio.
