If its a payment issue, good luck.. mine is on hold for a good 15+ days and im unable to use their PayPal to send the chargeback + admin fee because their PayPal doesn't accept payments and they dont understand nor fix that.
Hello. You can make your ticket delayed and confused for having too many open tickets . Close all your ticket expect first old ticket you made . Ticket take 1-5 days response .
