I'm a new creator about a month now. It says I'm a tier five, but on my page it's blank. Does anyone know how long until it updates? Or should I ask customer support, since it hasn't?

Hey @JustCallMeAna If you do not want people to see products in your shop, you will need to go to each page and Hide each one (red dot).

Under normal circumstances, Tiers update as generated by the Tier System Database and posted to each user's pages. The order of generation is by User ID Number. This means the oldest accounts will get the update on Tiers sooner than newer people.
@JustCallMeAna I have no idea what is going on at the moment. I tried several ways to get to your profile in Classic pages and in Next by username and by roue creator number. I did people search om Classic and in Next, in both your name has no results. It seems that you do not exist in IMVU but at least your shop is visible.
When I tried to get to your profile from your name tag in this forum, I got the message "Oops! Nothing to see here.
It looks like you don't have access to this page, or the URL no longer exists."' Maybe @Saturi can shine a light on this case.
