Is taxbandits.com now handling our IMVU tax or have I been duped by scammers? In either case the site just hangs with a message "Please wait... Your PDF is being generated." but nothing ever appears. For those of us with multiple accounts will all the tax info be in the one pdf or will a separate login email be sent to each alt?

Today I received 2 mails containing hard coppies for 2 of my alts. But my main account is still waiting.

Could the form have been for an alt account? I was confused for a minute with mine before I realised it was for my alt.
It's many years since I have received hard copies of my tax forms from IMVU.

Polystyrene, they sent me one with a wrong amount through tax monkey,I requested for amended one. And no resolution as of now.
Plus I never received the year befores either. I still report my actual earnings to the government regardless. I took screen shots from payout history as well, for proof of income. This way I won't be liable for any wrong doings.

The earnings amount on the tax document that was reported was wrong (2023 tax year). I opened a ticket and no reply to that one. As well, still no resolution to last years(2022 tax year). They replied saying its in an email but there is none. I'm definely disappointed again.

I have one more question: Were the emails from TaxBandits sent to all accounts yet? I have one for my 4u account but none for my alts, unsure if they haven't been sent, bounced or stuck in spam filters.

Update: I logged back in taxbandits 12 hours after my initial log in, and this time the documents loaded. I'm happy to say that after 8 years of createing this is the first year I have received it on time

there are alot of scams going on 'pretending to be' taxbandits.
I got a email from e-filemagic back in January about tax information, not taxbandits (never received one) so I'm guessing its most likely a scam. All previous tax information from IMVU was also done through e-filemagic.

I found an email in my junk folder. I assume if multiple people have been getting them then it's not a scam, but would be nice to get staff confirmation @Saturi

I also received the same email, but I suspect it is a scam email, because they wrote my name wrong one, so I did not continue to click download after login, I am worried that there will be a virus
