I see the messages and postings, and am curious. Can NON-Creators do peer review? I'm talking about people who are not Creators and possibly do not have VIP.
If so, then I'll tell some friends to do Peer Review if they want credits, but obviously take it seriously so they're not just blindly approving everything just for credits.

Are 18 years old or older
Have used IMVU for at least 6 months
Are able to use the 3D Chat Software
