Hi @MlNXâ€‹Â , customer service will let you know why your product was rerated via a creator help case. They will be able to unlock the product as well. Please include the product link.

@MlNXâ€‹Â Your product will be reviewed by staff and then rerated if it needs to be. If it is rerated send me the link i will check it for you and tell you why it has been changed. Once it gets passed.

Also how do I know why it failed peer review? Is there anywhere I can look to see why.
