[Archived - Rikki] I sold 450 items last month and was given zero tier points. when do you start getting points for sales? I needed 15 points to get to leval 10.
Im pleased to hear that points are awarded, for me to reach that amount I cant see it happening. Im spending to much time finding out things that could be so easily given out freely, Thank you for your reply.

I had 1195 sales and got only 5 points, I think you just didn't make enough sales.

yes thank you. thats your monthly tier report. its where I see totals for last month. Its on the second section Sales. 1st one. Products Sold. seems even with double what I sold you still get no points. I would like to know how many sales you need to do before points are added. for last months sales. as future months cant be told as it changes each month
I don't understand it much, but there are a lot of things to take on account, at every category, and a maximum number that it counts.
No idea if it's related with how much items you uploaded by month, sales, or whatever.Â
But based on this, is what define your tier level (I think).

thank you , that tells me possible two things Im either a long way off getting Points on products sold or they dont give points for products sold. I did get bonus points for using studio, im always at max(45) for creating so that was a waste of time lol. I did get badge for 8 but it was a long time ago.

@Rikki​ I had 872 items sold last month and was also given zero tier points for products sold. Oddly enough, I am also stuck at level 9 for the second month.

H I Yes was in chat about 30 min the other day and another 30 min today. the answer seem to be avoided and was replied by sending me links which i had already read. I know a set amount cant be given for each month for Product Sales, but surely once the amount has been set why cant I be told how far I was out for receiving points. I was 5 points out for moving to level 9. Only thing I was told was to do more creating and get more sales. Don't think that was any help at all as im getting max for creating,
