Go to the web page for your product. If a big red banner is up top, click the link in it. If it's an orange banner, go do some peer reviewing to speed things up. Green banner, you're solid.

Hi @ho4roâ€‹Â , there are a few reasons you may not be able to gift another user, which includes:

Their account is on hold.
You may be trying to gift using promo credits.
You may be trying to gift you a product still in Peer Review.
You may be trying to gift you a product that is hidden or set to Display Only.
You may be gifting an item they already own.
Their messages are set to friends only and they are not on their friends list.
The item may be an AP rated item and they are GA.

Customer Service may be able to see other reasons beyond these. They may also gift the product to one friend for you, as a favor.
