            The elevated prices in your catalogs for eyes and skin should be resolved by tonight.

            The products in my catalog that were affected still have the same higher prices. Will it take some time to update? Or do we have to manually edit/submit again?

            @Shannon Mac (IMVU Senior Community Manager)​  I just checked and my products had the same higher price, I had to edit and submit again in order to get the correct price, *thank you so much for fixing this!* I just couldnt update a product that is locked :( it remains at the higher price because I can not edit it, not sure if with the time it will fix by itself or when someone else buy it.

            Hello Shannon, the prices of some of my products did not update, even if the price of the IMVU default product changed.

             

            I have skintones that seem overpriced, but when I click the creator reports, it does not add up.

            @Shannon Mac (IMVU Senior Community Manager)​ Will there be an annoucement about the sudden product price increases? IMVU's derivable products such as Female Head, Eye, and Skin has recently increased, and as a result the prices of those products in our catalogs have significantly increased.

            To IMVU it may not seem like a big deal, but to creators, being able to sell skins at a low cost is a big selling point and I can imagine this will result in a overall decrease in sales for us as creators over time
