"Our Earn Money team would like to make a quick announcement about the upcoming US Thanksgiving holiday. As some already know, IMVU will have limited staff on hand November 24, 2021 through November 28, 2021. The Earn Money team will not be processing any payout or verification requests during IMVU's holiday break.

This only applies to creators who are part of the Earn Money program. In anticipation of the Earn Money program holiday shut down, the team will process all payout requests received by 11:30 am November 23, 2021 PST. The Earn Money team will resume normal payout and verification requests starting November 29, 2021.

Holiday shutdown dates: 11/24/21 – 11/28/21

Last day to request a payout: 11/23/21 at 11:30 am PST

Hello, can I get more information about the earn money team, please? I am a developer and joined in 2006, but I have been in and out because I have had no laptop. Just found out I can now use Imvu on my phone and also will be getting another laptop, so I will be able to be more active now.

Hey @RigsKâ€‹Â May I inquire clarification, please? (no big deal and understandable for staff to want and have Holiday & family time)

Payout Request can still be made as usual? (y/n?) or is the Payout Request Page shutdown too?

Is it just with an extra delay? Ex: I can post a request (say on the 25th) but it will have the 5 days added to the normal delay?

If I am correct, the usually payout time required to process is about ~5 business days. During the time period for the above Holiday

dates, the delay may increase from normal to an additional 5 days and people just need to plan for this...

I think I got it but, sometimes this old Vampire has comprehension issues. LoL

Please forgive the asking for clarification...
