Hi @musicmanlover​ , it is the user's job to read the site and submission guidelines. When users submit content that violates the rules IMVU acts. We can read the submission and site rules here:

When a user submits misrated content IMVU rerates it:

Examples:

 

Submitting sexual, violent content is not for children it's for adults only.

Submitting products, toys, explicit products is not allowed. Adults even with a pass may not have sex. Its unfit for IMVU=UFI

 

The discussions are user-to-user help only. All rerate issues must go through customer service.

Why do you have to be so hard when you can simply send poster that needs to be change from GA to AP. I ask you many times to explain it to me I get no feedback. In adult chat room a chat mod will explain things in office what your doing wrong which fair, but you never say what I done wrong. You don't show me what I submit wrong. Why you got best angry for when you send message to to correct someone mistake its not hard to do. If I had chat room like IMVU I wouldn't put 30 day suspension I would have explain to the person.
