[Archived - Alyissapearl] Decorated Bundle passed Peer 5 hours ago and still not showing in the store......what's the issue now???

Hi Lesta,

 

Thank you for taking the time to reply ,

 

I am aware of having to be logged in ( have been deving for 10 years) My issue is the fact that i got a message from IMVU saying that the bundle had passed and only 3 hours ago now it has shown up in the catty. Obviously there is a glitch somewhere as it has taken almost 24 hours to appear in the store.

Hi @Alyissapearl​ Please know you must be logged into IMVU to see the newer products. Products that are less than 14 days out of Peer Review will not show to "casual passers by" or people who are not logged in. Also newer accounts wont be able to see your newest products during this time period. This extra security was implemented to ensure the products are properly rated before these people can see them.

 

Also make sure the Product Page is not accidentally hidden. On the product page click the "Green Dot" in the lower right corner. Make sure the page is not hidden.
