[Archived - Salagadula] Hello everyone, I would like to derive products from IMVU INC, the point is that I can't add the windows where I can then insert the textures and opacity maps. I am not yet able to create in 3D through the different sites proposed-

Hi @Salagadula​ I would try to find a derivable products closer to the one you need. Sometimes the parent products don't contain all the "mesh" you need for your kind of product. For example, if you derive the IMVU Inc "Window" you cannot make it into a "Wall Hanging". If you look at the derives from the IMVU Inc "Window" you will probably see some derivable products that are better suited to your needs. Find that perfect "Picture Frame" :)

 

We do not have to derive from IMVU. Many times you will find better, low Kb derivables from other Creators. They are using a program called a 3D Mesh Editor similar to 3d Max, Blender, Sketchup, Maya, etc. See the heading of "3d Editors" on this page for more information. https://create.imvu.com/articles/studio/imvu-studio-what-software-should-i-use/
