Hi @DJCabernet​ I am not sure if you are needing base mesh or base products to derive from for your new mesh.

If you are looking for what to derive from, try to always derive from the creator "IMVU Inc". Sometimes someone has added something to an IMVU Inc mesh that you would like to add more mesh. Find a product similar to the one you want to make and follow the derive chain "backward" from that product page. Clink in the link called "Derivation Tree" on their product page to see where it came from...

If you are looking for the Base Mesh link rigged Avatar, etc. These are searchable and downloadable in the Creator Education Center https://create.imvu.com/ Try different searchesto find the files you want to download and the mesh editor you use. e.g. Blender, 3d Max, etc.
