HI @SelinaSharday​ If you are on Chrome, try Firefox and visa versa. When you first click the derive button there will be a prompt from the the browser. Allow the browser to use the client to open products for try it / buy it, etc.

Just for reference, there is a similar issue of web browser protocol handlers, IMVU Desktop and Classic 3d Chat with Windows PCs. Similarly a solution Here: https://help.imvu.com/s/question/0D54p00001mVj08CAC/
