Hi @AyriallaSylverlief, outside of Youtube videos Desktop and Mobile does not have sound. Trigger sound products and Music Store tracks do not work.
If you are on the Classic Client please check under your settings to make sure product sounds are enabled. If the sound is enabled and it’s still not working, please contact the creator directly for product support or customer service to assist.
If your issue is still not resolved, please contact customer service.
