I have purchased the diamond VIP and I’ve been informed that it hasn’t been charged and none of the features work. Yet, when I go to buy it, it says “this feature is already activated on your account”. What’s happening?

Hi @ItGirlRuth​, try uninstalling / reinstalling. Update to the newest application version. Check internet connection / reboot router on your PC or refresh phone access if you are on Mobile.
