When im shopping anx trying on clothes even thats in my inventory maybe even joining rooms do i need to clean something?

Hi @AriAutumn, try uninstalling / reinstalling. Update to the newest application version. Check internet connection / reboot router on your PC or refresh phone access if you are on Mobile.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact customer.
