[Archived]Hi @MzSanDee, try uninstalling/reinstalling. Update to the newest application version. Check internet connection / reboot router on your PC.

[Archived]@JAM this problem has been going on for months !! Customer Service is aware and hasn't acted on it ... perhaps if @Meeows and @Saturi readdress this issue someone in the Engineering Dept can look into this glitch
