Hi @MzSanDee​​, try uninstalling/reinstalling. Update to the newest application version. Check internet connection / reboot router on your PC.

 

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact customer service.

@JAM​  this problem has been going on for months !! Customer Service is aware and hasn't acted on it ... perhaps if @Meeows​ and @Saturi​ readdress this issue someone in the Engineering Dept can look into this glitch
