Hello, hopefully someone can answer my question as it is a serious matter… last night I received an email from Customer Care & Education regarding my account being permanently disabled due to false accusation. However, I did no such thing and I believe it was an error on their end, therefor I will like for my account to be restored. I had already submitted a case due to this issue and have yet to hear back. I’ve been trying to get ahold of a live agent but unfortunately I do not have vip in order to associate with one. Please if someone can help me with this it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello @yasmin985951, the discussions are user to user help only. Users are not able to help with this issue. All personal account issues must go through customer service.
It can take 1 to 5 full days for non VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for customer service to respond. This article explains cases: http://im.vu/help703
