I bought 10k credits first time, and it worked. Bought another 10k credits and it took my money but never gave me the credits?? I want my credits, or my money back. I have the receipts, everything.

Hi @laurakeet , if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.
If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
