I recently bought 10,000 credits for $9.99 and already had 9,000 in my credits yesterday I logged in and saw that my 10,000 i recently bought was gone and I have not spent it at all! I am very upset!
Put the date you noticed the credits went missing then put today's date. It will list your credit history. This includes transfers, product purchases, and Tipping.
If there is still an issue, you can contact customer service for assistance.
