I got these cards serval years back now I just tried to redeem them the site is saying they were redeemed already which shouldn’t be possible if the silver part was not taken off until today I already read the article for the issue but that doesn’t help me in my situation since I don’t know where I bought the cards from can someone please explain what I should do I can’t return them since it’s way past 30 days now
