Hi @MrsNormaRedShadow, please uninstall the IMVU Client and then reinstall. Make sure to update to the latest version. Below are links to Classic Client and the new Client. Also check the internet connection and reboot router on PC or refresh phone access if you are on Mobile. You can clear your IMVU Cache aswell.
