[Archived - babygbrit] I’m unable to get into my main IMVU because I don’t have access to the gmail that’s linked to it anymore and I need a verification code.. I’ve contacted IMVU but still not answer back, what do I do?
Hi @babygbrit, it can take 1 to 5 full days for non VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for customer service to respond. This article explains cases: http://im.vu/help703
