Recently came back to IMVU after being inactive for a while and I submitted a ticket to IMVU concerning unholding my account 2 days ago and still nothing? Is this normal? Just want to purchase credits and buy fits. Thanks.

Hi @Flsk, you need to continue to work with customer service for this issue. The Discussions are user-to-user assistance, the only way to resolve account issues is through customer service.
It can take 1 to 5 full days for non VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for customer service to respond. This article explains cases: http://im.vu/help703
If you haven't received a response within this time, you can edit your case to request an agent reply.
