I’m trying to add my friend but when I search her user or email it doesn’t show up. She’s tried to search mine but it doesn’t work for her either.

Hi @Maria665967, please be aware that IMVU separates adults(+18) and minors(13-17). If your friend is below 18 or vice versa, this might be the reason why you are not able to find each other.
