[Archived - Conny503328] Since yesterday I've been trying to change my password and when I click the link sent via email to do it, the page doesn't load it just stays all black, don't understand why this is happening

Yep same here I disabled my account and when I wanted to restored it apparently did but I'm unable to change the password due to the page appearing like that, I was becoming frustrated by that issue thinking it had something to do with my email but thankfully I'm reading it appears to be a game issue. Guess we'll just have to wait hopefully everything comes back to normal.

[Archived]I'm having this same issue too, 3 days ago i disabled my account and the next day i restored my account successful, but i can't able to reset my password, now i can't able to play imvu for 2 days, fix the website asap.

[Archived]IMVU has been "working" on the website recently...Enabling the "Dark" feature within Next, and removing panels from our Home pages. I'd suspect that you're just a victim of their ineptness when it comes to working on things and getting it all put back together correctly the first time.
So my suggestion would simply be to just try again at a later time, or if you're VIP, log into the help center and chat with an IMVU Agent.
