.. if you get a message . saying this email adress is not registerd . ti means. that the email linked to the account was hijacked. in wich ccase i suggest you do soemthinglike.. Call imvu on their phonenumbers. their closed now. but they will open in Exactly. 7 am to 7 pm pacific time. so or 6 to six. pick the vip option . even if you dont have vip and you will need to provide them with the folowing " any paypal creditcard anyhting u have . Type of method of payment wich you used to purchase items here. with your acocunt identification linking you to your age registration and you might want to prepare .. also ANOTher account for email. . after successsfully validating trough the phone your the owner of this said account. they will want you to give them a email adress that you have secure access too.

so.. .. remember the emails or method purchases for anything u bought for your account . these will be identification used to verify your ownership

go to your email adress login and secure down your email adress then. look your emails for an email from imvu .. when the people that took your account if they took it in and changed the email adress on this acount your email would of gotten a message for reversal

esentially saying.. your email changed if you did not do this click here..

logically speaking if you cannot login to your account then try 1. make sure your username and password for your email adress is changed. to soemthing and no one else is accessing this email then you can proceede with step 2.

search. for a msg from imvu that . maybe deleted. by this perpetrator. or maybe pushed forward. well this email would state if your account linked to this email would have had any email altered notification etc. about this email changes on your imvu account would be send in all casses if anyone changes an email (other than staff), there will be a notification for the associated account that linked wwith this
