IMVU DONT HELP ANYONE BUT TAKES OUR MONEY , they don’t respond to anything we say to them . The problem constantly happens and ya never help people. I’m not understanding why are you forcing us to pay and update all the damn time when ya don’t even pay attention to tickets !F41EC889-A6F0-4B43-91D4-E5EFE76945B8

Hi Tulip. Sorry for your frustration. I am not with IMVU support but can explain why this error is happening. This error comes up when you have an item that you are wearing that has not passed peer review yet. Typically, I get this error when I make and item and it is visible to me in my inventory but still waiting for peer review, then I wear the item, and try to take a photo with it. It might also happen if you bought an item and then the creator made an update to it (which sends it back into a peer review state).
