I’ve submitted a case 7 days ago and it still hasn’t been seen. How long should I continue to wait? Or how do I get them to see the case?

Hi @A347161, It can take 1 to 5 full days for non VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for customer service to respond. This article explains cases: http://im.vu/help703
