I HAVE AN OLD ACCOUNT. WHEN I GO TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD IT SAYS "UNKNOWN EMAIL" I KNOW ITS THE RIGHT EMAIL I LITERALLY HAVE CASE HELP TICKETS THAT SAYS "RESOLVED" THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT DISABLED. ANY HELP? I WANT TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD BUT WHEN I TYPE THE EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCOUNT IT ALWAYS SAYS "UNKNOWN EMAIL" WHICH CANT BE THE CASE...
