It does not give a place where resolved cases are available to read inside the mobile app and I can’t log in via laptop as that was what the issue was about in the first place

surely the cases should be easy to access via mobile app ?

Hi @JJupiterdancer​, It can take 1 to 5 full days for non VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for customer service to respond. This article explains cases: http://im.vu/help703
